  • Which of your classes is best suited for me?
    I customize each class based on your needs and goals and what you are comfortable with. There are so many exciting modalities of yoga that I am excited to share with my clients. For now I am offering Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin Yoga and Yoga for Athletes. Each practice will have a description for you to read and you can choose. It doesn't matter what your level of yoga is. The most important thing is being comfortable and enjoying the practice.
  • Can I book a private class?
    Yes you can! I love working with private clients. I can offer private sessions online or in your home. In home private sessions all depends on your location. We can schedule a 30 minute conference before we meet so I can get to know about you and what type of session you would like located in the class menu.
  • Can I access your online classes at any time?
    Online classes will be on a schedule for now. Yes! If you miss a class you will be able to access the class at your convenience.
  • What props do I need to prepare for my Yoga practice?
    A Quality Yoga Mat: I highly recommend a cork yoga mat, if not there are so many yoga mats on the market to purchase. Yoga Blocks: The yoga blocks help you with your poses. I love using the blocks they have helped me with my yoga practice. Blanket: For savasana and for other classes. Yoga Bolster: Is another must have. Used in Restorative, and Yin practice. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
  • What is your limited amount of people for a group class if you travel to my home?
    I can service up to 6 people so I can provide the extra personal attention for everyone. Here is an idea invite your friends for a Saturday get together it will be so much fun.
