It takes trial an error, you will know when you take a class whether or not it will suit you or not. Some people love mantras and chants others may not, some may love Vinyasa flow, Restorative yoga, or hot yoga. It all depends on your moods and needs. The best suggestion is to research the type of practice and attend a class who knows you may fall in love with many kinds of yoga. There is so many to choose and the Yoga world is wide open for you to reap the benefits of this beautiful practice called Yoga.
